If you send an enquiry to us via the website we will ask for your name and email address so that we can respond to you.
If you use our services we will complete a client record and will ask you for your name, address, telephone number, email address, medical history, medication and history of operations. We use these details so that we can contact you to confirm/change appointments, ensure your health and safety during your treatments and let you know about products, offers and news at Elle Vie.
All our clients will be given the opportunity to decide how they would like us to contact them when they complete the client information card.
Your information is given with your consent and stored on our email system if you have contacted us and on our hard copy client information cards.
We would like to assure you that your information is not passed on to any third party and your information is kept secure and only accessed by Elle Vie staff. Our staff are bound under the law and will not remove your details, pass them on or take them off the premises.
We do use social media, however, we will never share any personal details of our clients. If we use a client’s testimonial we will only ever do so with consent.
We keep the client information cards for 3 years and destroy them after this point (unless you are still visiting the salon).
If at any stage you wish for your details to be viewed, amended or removed, we will do this within 28 days of your request. Please contact us directly at the salon to make these requests. We do reserve the right to ask for proof of identity.
